Check in process was nearly a nightmare. The attendant was dealing with some sort of computer glitch, and there was apparently nothing that could be done. I had paid people coming to help me move, it was pretty stressful to think that they might be standing there with no truck to load.

CJ JTruck was filthy inside and stunk like cigarette smoke. Everything was sticky to touch. I spent an hour at home, cleaning it before we even started loading it.
