The trailer i picked up was covered in dirt there was so much on the wheels and fenders that I had to stop at a car wash to remove it ,then the wrong droo off point was put down took 3 phone calls and 2 text messages to get the proper location ,I was going to winnipeg mb they put down chilocotte Ohio, ???

Was great need a trailer next day to help a freind move some stuff called and they had one. Picked up in the morning dropoed off in the evening was great. Roads were nasty dirty trailer was still a mess from last use so worked out perfect for time of year.

RILEY A1. The first truck I was supposed to receive (license plate AJ31154) had its check engine light on, and was dirty outside as well as inside the cab. 2. The replacement truck I ended up driving (license plate AJ75770) was also dirty, the windshield wiper blades were so old that they just skipped across the glass, and the key would get stuck in the ignition unless you turned the ignition with one hand while pulling on the key with the other hand at the same time. 3. The website link I was given for the pre-trip inspection checklist never updated to reflect the replacement vehicle. 4. The U-haul android app was giving me "technical error" messages until several hours after I dropped off the vehicle. 5. I was told by the telephone customer service department that I could return the truck to a different drop off location than the one I was assigned (with a fee), but the first neighborhood dealer I went to was unable to take the truck because they can only receive trucks that have been assigned to their system. 6. I was also told by the telephone customer service department that I couldn't extend the duration of my rental by 2 days because "it's so busy at this time of year that someone else will need the truck." But when I returned the truck, both dealer locations had their lots at 100% capacity with available rental vehicles. 7. After I was home and had dropped the truck off after business hours, the phone app then starts working and tells me that I have to scan a location barcode on the front entryway window of the depot in order to complete the drop-off checklist. But when I got back to the business late in the evening, there was no location barcode on the storefront and I had to send pictures of the business and the truck to live chat. Everything about this experience was disappointing, and it doesn't help that I had to take a $150 taxi ride from Osoyoos BC to Keremeos BC just to pick up the rental in the first place because the Osoyoos dealer was closed.
Keith LDon't expect a credit for returning early, even if they request an early return to help another customer.
