I would rate Maliki (The worker at Sportsman Corner) at 100%! He was beyond helpful although run off his feet in the store while helping me get my rental truck. That took 1/2 hour, not his fault! He was SUPER busy and no help!!! Unfortunately, our experience with UHaul was very poor today. We have never drove this far to pick up a rental or drop one off!!! It was ridiculous. We booked a 10 ft truck to take from Penticton to Port Moody. One way. We got directions the day before to pick up the truck in Keremeos NOT Penticton. This added on several km, used gas and added about 2 hours of driving to our day. We had to drive from Penticton to Keremeos to pick up (45 min) then drive to back to Penticton (45 min) to pack the truck. All this before our trip started. On top of that for drop off we had to drive from a port Moody to Pitt meadows!! Very poor costumer service. We have not experienced this before. I would like someone from U Haul to contact us and explain this.

Check in process was nearly a nightmare. The attendant was dealing with some sort of computer glitch, and there was apparently nothing that could be done. I had paid people coming to help me move, it was pretty stressful to think that they might be standing there with no truck to load.
DAVID SBetter parking for drop off units, so we don't have to park on the street causing a hazard.
