Mobile App is extremely cumbersome. Annoyingly so. Much of the info could have been provided ahead of time, not in front of the truck. It was worse than talking to a person, which I try to avoid. And having to call a contact on the spot? Stupid.
Perry CWe did a “Self Return” after hours, so we didn’t go inside or interact with personnel there. The exterior of the location was well-kept. The self return was easy to do.
