PAMELA MThere's nothing with them to fix they were great . What was bad was i had to call 4 different places to get one to rent..one place in in fortashby W.V. had one but the lights didn't work. And they had been waiting on you to come fix it for while . And the one furthest one from me had one.
mary sThe U haul rep at this location was rude. I was overcharged on my rental and now I have to wait to get my refund because I paid in cash. U haul needs to pull their trucks from the Keyser dealer on Mineral St. I will never deal with this location again.
