The app is terrible. It took us over an hour to get our truck because it repeatedly wouldn’t verify my drivers license after dozens of attempts. The service at this location is fantastic from the humans, but the app needs significant work. We will probably never set up another early pick up based on our experience, but this convenience shouldn’t be offered if the technology isn’t up to par and at the very least, not be a hinderance.

Rowland RI did not see where the Daily rste spoke of the additional mileage fees that will be added. This adds a BIG to the rental costs.
