It was all fine until I got my bill and I was charged a hundred dollars extra for a lost key after I had handed the key to the manager there. After in called and reported this mistake he said it would be taken care of by the Honolulu office. I have not heard from the Honolulu office as to any changes to my bill and when I checked with my credit card company this morning the $100.00 dollars was still on my account. I hope this will be taken care of soon or I will have the credit card company stop payment.

Harley LThe app is terrible. It took us over an hour to get our truck because it repeatedly wouldn’t verify my drivers license after dozens of attempts. The service at this location is fantastic from the humans, but the app needs significant work. We will probably never set up another early pick up based on our experience, but this convenience shouldn’t be offered if the technology isn’t up to par and at the very least, not be a hinderance.
