I was told online, that trailer I rented would fit, I put all information correctly loaded trailer and trucks back wheel 3/4 hanging off! I was highly upset! u haul need to get there crap together

ALBERT LTruck broke down less than 2 hours into our move. Caused us an unexpected hotel stay and wasted time. Truck’s power steering went out in the middle of the freeway and completely shut off while driving and the fuel pump went out. LUCKILY my husband was able to coast into a rest stop. Was told someone would be contacting us but it’s been almost a week with no contact from u-haul. Not very pleased with this rental experience. Rent your trucks from elsewhere.
