May 1 we rented a 20 truck (copperas cove TX location) and called road side service because the hitch wouldn’t open due to damage.We were told in a text we could get a new truck the next day and they would transfer the charge over so we didn’t have to pay again, basically a credit. The next day we were sent to 3 different U-Haul places, charged again, and to make it more stressful received only a 15 ft truck with no reimbursement. We have the text notifications that a transfer credit would occur. U-Haul is saying it was a mistake.

Ricky PI was told to drop off the tow dally at another location, a mini storage location. When I went to the office, I found a sign saying the office was closed because they were out on the property. I waited for a while and then went back to the office and rang the doorbell. I man answered that appeared to have a loss of hearing because I had to repeat what I said in a louder voice. I was instructed to drive into the storage facility, make two left turns, so I returned to the front near the office. I was instructed to uninstall the trailer myself and just leave it there and he would process the return later; he was on his lunch break. I did not like being made to relocate the tow dolly and I did not like doing someone else's job, just because they were on their lunch break.
