The man was rude and he closed before the end of his business day. He was supposed to close at 6pm. We got there 10 minutes til. Rang the bell knocked on the door several times. His car was out front but he ignored us and then charged us for a full second day.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location it okay but didn’t know where to park the truck again very few signs parked next to a truck that was already there just assuming it was the correct place and the lighting is not good so I suggest traveling with someone at night in was fortunate enough to have my boyfriend with me but If not I wouldn’t have picked up the truck at either location.
Tonisha AGentlemen was helpful and while a brief interaction, overall still a great experience.

Stephen EI was delaying an hour from my 9am appointment because the site went down and wasn't able to get my rental in time and took me longer to get my move done.
