I was told to drop off the tow dally at another location, a mini storage location. When I went to the office, I found a sign saying the office was closed because they were out on the property. I waited for a while and then went back to the office and rang the doorbell. I man answered that appeared to have a loss of hearing because I had to repeat what I said in a louder voice. I was instructed to drive into the storage facility, make two left turns, so I returned to the front near the office. I was instructed to uninstall the trailer myself and just leave it there and he would process the return later; he was on his lunch break. I did not like being made to relocate the tow dolly and I did not like doing someone else's job, just because they were on their lunch break.
