I had to clean off the snow and ice to get to the tow dolly. Other than this my experience was very good.

JAMES SI will drop off at Minter everytime. This makes 3 rentals in the past 8 weeks and each time, Ed and Katrina Minter made all the difference in my having a positive experience. They go the extra mile to ensure everything was checked in. Katrina even called the successive renter of a previous truck I dropped off to see if I'd left a bag of Christmas gifts in the cab. Now that's service.
