Jason SFirst thing I ran into was an e-stop. I think I understand what happened there from a previous rental. I just don't understand why it couldn't have been taken care of by Katrina Minter U-Haul location. I wouldn't have been delayed a whole day on my plans. And I just have to say that Katrina made my whole trip a lot better than it could have been. Like I said I was delayed a whole day but she did everything she could to help me out and get me on my way. You all should be proud to have her as one of your vendors! She is 5-star as far as I'm concerned!
