Encourage staff to spot/help truck backup due to location in parking lot. It’s dangerous to backup without help (another customer helped me). Central office needs to communicate better with sites. My reserved equipment was not available and local pickup site was not aware of central office changes to reservation. U-Haul made me go to different locations for truck and trailer.

For me personally, the team in Shelton Washington did an awesome job. They went above and beyond what they had to do to make sure I had my equipment on time clean ready to go so I couldn’t ask for much more.
Rodney RSome equipments are not equally distributed to meet the demands of moving consumers. I had to drive over 60 miles to get autotransporter. On reaching there about 4 autotransporters were there whereas none was found in my location
