The truck broke down and UHaul has been extremely unhelpful besides the team at the uhaul at post road in Warwick RI They were great. We were forced to rent another truck ourselves and move all of our stuff to a different truck twice and were told if we didn’t want to do that then we would have to wait till they fixed what was wrong with the other truck in the shop and could grab the truck when they were done. They weren’t even gonna start the fixing the truck process for four days. And the location the truck broke down was only 45 minutes away and they wouldn’t tow it and weigh it for the military move.
