I could not pick up the truck through the app. I had to go into the office. The truck was not in an obvious location, as the office manager had to go and bring it around. It would have been helpful to know in advance. Also was charged $30 additional. I was offered $30 discount to return to Portsmouth instead of Lee, NH. I had picked Lee, NH, as my storage unit was there. Instead, I was charged the $30 as if I had returned to Lee and additional mileage, because your system did not acknowledge that I wanted to return to Lee and not the town I was relocating to, so your app was misleading. Frankly, I will be reluctant to use your services again. I had a pleasant and easy experience with Penske last time, and I believe I will go back after this experience.

Location didn’t mention you would need a code to drop of key, I had to contact U-Haul support to find out while standing in the cold. Parking spots are too tight and small for the bigger trucks, not well labeled, and it’s very dark.

Kyle PMy overall experience was great. Only complaint is that I got an email 3 days later saying I hadn’t returned the equipment. One call cleared it up, so not nuch of a problem.
Kathy KAbsolutely horrible experience between the representative who signed the vehicle out to the equipment and truck itself being in poor condition, excessive charges despite bringing it back in the same if not better condition it was in, rude employees etc.
