No one took the mileage of the vehicle before I picked it up in the morning, when I returned it I was charged for “driving it†for 15 miles when I actually only drove it 3. Not impressed and not happy about these extra charges at all. Better management is a must.

The truck was “relatively “ clean. Cargo are was fine, cab not so much. Windshield filthy - wipe down the cab and clean the windshield!

The person and place was nice. However they were never informed of rental so there was jo one there when i arrived. Also i was charged for 2 days when i returned the truck on the same day. I will never use uhaul again.
