I am a 60 year old disabled man and had to hookup and disconnect the trailer myself. My back is still hurting from picking up that trailer. Then she told me she would check the trailer back in and did not. Then when I noticed she did not check it back in as she said she would, I ran all the way back across town and took care of it myself.

Debra KI was over charged for my u haul rental!! Used the u haul for 6 hours when I purchased it for 13 and was charged for two days.. Now they don’t wanna give me my money back …very disappointed!!!
