I had an excellent experience with this U-Haul location. Even though I dropped off my truck after closing time, the representative stayed to help me and patiently guided me through the entire return process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed correctly. The equipment was clean, well maintained, and the customer service was outstanding. I truly appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. I highly recommend this location and will definitely use them again.
