I was over charged for my u haul rental!! Used the u haul for 6 hours when I purchased it for 13 and was charged for two days.. Now they don’t wanna give me my money back …very disappointed!!!

James GThe truck that we rented broke down about 27 miles away and we spent the entire day waiting first for road side assistance and then for a tow truck. We never got to empty our storage unit got charged 170+ and now have to rent another truck for the rest of my stuff.
