Staff very very nice. All I had to do was pull in, they took care of everything else. Very easy to work with. Will definitely use this location again if I need a trailer.

The service was great there. But, more grass/pavement/rock needed in driveway area. Area where you obtain keys required that I walk across dirt/sand to get back to vehicle. I got in and out a few times which led to too much dirt getting into the car I drove over and the truck I rented.

Kathryn PWhen picking up the UHaul, the front driver and passenger side floor mat were dirty. The furniture dolly was not available at the time of pick up.
DONNY KAgent has long lunch time and other businesses taking her away from making U-haul her primary concern. We tried to pickup at 12:15 pm but she is closed from 12-1:30 and we were unable to pickup using the App. She called back after we had left and we said we would be back after lunch. She said ok but when we got back, she was busy washing a dog so we had to wait some more.
