The pick-up was average, nothing out of the ordinary. I ordered 2 dollies, and they were not available, but a hand truck was provided which wasn't what I needed. The truck was relatively clean but had garbage in the door panels. I would recommend to friend because of the convenience. The truck was relatively dated, back-up camera would have been helpful.
