Weird check in procedure took way too long on line. When I got to the location I had to go inside a gas station and retrieve the key. attendant asked for my license and then used his personal cell phone to check something while inputting my DL.. Not to comfortable with that experience. Then when I returned he used a hand held device that was attached to the computer. Not sure I'd go through that again. lost precious rental time.
John UNot easy on or off. Busy gas station/concienence store on very busy highway. Also no boxes/packing materials, or trailer equipment. People were very nice and knew what they were doing… sort of.
