Jessica B.The truck was there and ready , but we were told someone would be returning it until 2:00 No one had rented it we could have used it in the morning instead of waiting all day. Other then that all good.
Robert W.Cargo van had dirt inside the back portion but was otherwise clean. The person who checked me in gave false information so be careful to only ask Uhaul directly as you met get extra charges. She also gave me attitude after I got my bill and saw the extra charges and said she was only a 3rd party so not to complain to her but she is the one who gave me bad info.
