Very small sign by the front of the gas station door regarding drop off instructions, parking for u-haul drop off was not clear or marked.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkKeep trucking clean
ONIVIER OThe 10 foot box truck i rented couldn't drive in a straight line to save its life. The people i rented it from didnt even speak English so that was an absolute fucking nightmare just to get the truck. And because of their lack of understanding of the English language didn't get my truck until an hour and a half after my pickup time. Then was charged an aftwr hours drop off fee because it took longer than it should've. 0/10 wouldnt rather kill myself than rent a uhaul again.
Nathen PWe went to two other UHaul locations to try to rent a 15 ft truck and both had trucks on the lot but would not let us rent them. This location I reserved online for the next day and had zero issues. The desk clerk at the gas station was friendly and helpful and we had zero issues renting the truck for a one way drive.
Stephanie DThe help to pick up our trailer was poor and interpreted and we filled out and read the directions when the attendant should have on his computer. It took an hour to complete a 10 minute process to check out.
