Get people that speak english. I went into the gas station, the guy behind the counter had to call someone on video call/facetime to start the process. I was doing everything on speaker phone 2nd hand. I didn't sign anything, he basically asked if he could put my initials down, like I had any other choice? I didn't sign anything, just agreed verbally on the phone. Took over 10 minutes
