I reserved the U-Haul on line from Brookfield, MO location. I received a phone call 2 days before pick up that one was not available at that site and I would have to drive 70 miles one way to pick up the truck I rented. It would be nice to know that the truck was not available at my requested location when I rented it on-line.

SARA HThe U-Haul online needs work. It told me to confirm and send pictures of the truck but wouldn't let me do that. I tired 5 times and it failed to allow the camera to open or even upload a file. The business I rented from was excellent. The people were very kind. The equipment was maintained in excellent shape
