Filled truck up one block away from drop off location was charged for 2 gallons of gas. I swept out Uhaul and was charged $25 for cleaning fee. When dropped off key and asked if needed to do any they said no i should have stuck around for inspection so i didn't get ripped off!!!!!
April BObsolete equipment. Had 3/8 tank of fuel better attention to detail. Reservation was changed by UHaul multiple times. Bad experience overall.
DANA RThey initially refused to fix the turn signal lighting, actually saying everyone was busy and "its bot my problem". They eventually gave in and replaced it form another van. Apparently they don't stock tail lights for these ford vans and it is a common problem apparently.
DAVID MExcellent customer service as always from the guys there at CAnd R..... uhaul online made it super easy to pick up and drop off the trick.
