The staff there weren’t helpful. They didn’t explain the process and when I went back to add insurance because my auto insurance didn’t cover the rental, they didn’t want to go through the process of adding it. I had to explain that I had spoken with the helpful U-Haul staff and explained what they needed to do to add it. He seemed very put out.

The rear tail lights did not work. We were stopped by the sheriff and had to put on the warning lights the rest of the way to our destination. Other than that, the trailer worked fine and was clean. We had no other issues. But it seems the lights should have been checked prior to our use.

JAMES RI used the U-haul app to reserve a truck, utility dolly, and half dozen blankets. The app said that this location had all of the equipment. It did NOT. I was only able to get a truck. I had to go to another location to pickup a utility dolly out of my way and pay extra. I will NEVER use this app again. I will call a location to make a reservation so that I can talk to a person, who knows what equipment is available.
SHAWN FWe realize it's a small shop, but would've been great if they had a furniture mover with the castor wheels. We decided last minute it would be helpful, we hadn't put it into the order. Would be great to have a few of those things on hand. Again, I realize it's little and space is tight.
