The guys at the gas station did a great job explaining everything.

Candace MI don't think the questions in this survey are sufficient for corporate U-HAUL to gain an accurate understanding of the customer experience. Bummer!
Brent RThe staff there weren’t helpful. They didn’t explain the process and when I went back to add insurance because my auto insurance didn’t cover the rental, they didn’t want to go through the process of adding it. I had to explain that I had spoken with the helpful U-Haul staff and explained what they needed to do to add it. He seemed very put out.
