This is a gas station. Go to a proper dealer. I was overcharged and then charged several more times without notification.

I don't think the questions in this survey are sufficient for corporate U-HAUL to gain an accurate understanding of the customer experience. Bummer!
Brent RThe staff there weren’t helpful. They didn’t explain the process and when I went back to add insurance because my auto insurance didn’t cover the rental, they didn’t want to go through the process of adding it. I had to explain that I had spoken with the helpful U-Haul staff and explained what they needed to do to add it. He seemed very put out.
Jeff DThe rear tail lights did not work. We were stopped by the sheriff and had to put on the warning lights the rest of the way to our destination. Other than that, the trailer worked fine and was clean. We had no other issues. But it seems the lights should have been checked prior to our use.
