I didn't like the app. it kept kicking me out. I spent about 15 min trying to do the drop off and finally had to give up as I had people waiting for me.

RUBEN PIt was not made clear which location was nearest to me and that the location I chose would be closed when I got there. Requiring an app download is silly and even with the app and an instructional video the pickup process was frustrating. I was transferred multiple times to people who kept saying they couldn’t help me and they didn’t know why I was transferred to them. I drove 1.5 hours to pick up a truck and then waited 30 more minutes for the assistance/the app to work.
