Excellent customer service! Caring responsive reaction to being shown the issue had with missing windshield wiper arm at the DIVER SIDE! The extended the rental to give plenty of time to unload due to rainfall over several days. Their offices and site show pride of ownership are not crowded or messy. They are clean and smell wonderful! The exterior grounds are beautifully landscaped clean organized and easy to traverse in the rental trucks. A HUGE difference from the locations in which I rented a truck and trailer in Oakley CA.

HEATHER LKam was awesome. The rest of the valley didn't have a trailer available for my harley. I called kam he had one for the time I needed it and needed an e tra day during my trip and he said no problem. I live on the bench but I will be renting from kam from now on it's a little bit of a drive but so worth it. Thanks buddy you rock.
MICHAEL NIt takes too long to wait in line if someone is renting a new storage unit. Process was just a little longer than my other experiences, but good customer service and clean!
