The girl behind the counter had a major attitude. Needs to be fired. Gave me completely wrong information. Luckily I know the uhaul dealer in Ridgecrest so I called them and they helped me. No assistance with the trailer on kuna, so we ended up smashing the bumper of a borrowed truck. The trailer worked great and the people at true value in Ridgecrest were great. I love uhaul, but please do yourself a favor and fire the girl in Kuna.

I understand that U-Haul trucks are in demand at this time of year however, it would be nice if the company prorated if you used the vehicle Pastor 24-hour time a few hours or not use it the next day and refund your daily rental price.

It's winter so the outside of the u haul had bugs and dirt on it. But inside was ok. It worked good for our needs so it was great overall.

Trailer was dirty. I had no help to locate and hook trailer up. Light plug had been in the mud and it took me 30 minutes just to get the lights to work with no one from u haul to help.

double check your check out total and compare that to the estimated total. online checkout was trying to charge me over a hundred dollars more than it should have. I checked "do no agree with charges" and the clerk at the front desk was able to take a look at the issue and only charge my card with the correct amount. overall very satisfied with the customer service, but the online 24/7 check-in appears to have issues.

I'm not at all happy with the fact I was charged an extra day when it to 25 minutes just to return the truck online. The location that the truck was to be returned is not open on Monday, so sitting outsid there establishment with not the best cell service took time to down load the pictures. So if this is not resolved and I'm credited back I will not be referring customers or use your company. I didn't have the truck for hours over the time it was to be returned it was minutes. NOT EXCEPTABLE ON YOUR COMPANIES PART.

This location was so difficult to deal with. They lied to us on two different occasions and changed our reservation twice without discussing it with us. We will never use the location again.
