Weird check in situation, my reservation was under another name. Same number and reservation, just completely different name. Picked up an hour late without the dolly I ordered.

Mary BI had scheduled to pick up the truck at East Penn storage at10 am,received a call 1 hour before and was told the truck was not available till 1pm.Uhaul directed me to a different location for the rental. Everything went ok, need to reschedule my moving plans.
