William, who made my reservation, took me into his office and explained in detail the rental process. He provided very helpful information. In order to assure the trailer met my needs, he took time to measure my truck. William was available when I had questions about the process. William was well informed about the use of U-Haul trucks and trailers and was able to answer my questions. It was my first time to utilize moving services and I had lots of questions. William was very patient and if he did not know the answer, he took time to look it up.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo one was at the location when I returned the truck at 3 pm on Thursday. I was told I would get a receipt within 1 hour however I didn't get it until the next day. I didn't incur any additional expense however the truck and other items were returned early but the invoice reflected it was returned on the following day. I can't rate the location cleanliness because the doors were locked.
