Customer service was friendly and patient and informative. I wish the storage units were more spacious , less expensive and easier to access. Also your trucks are not easy for everyone to climb into and be able to use them.

I was notified prior about not having equipment and the lady made a telephone call to another u-haul to see if they had equipment that I could use, but they did not have any. The lady had excellent customer service and compassion for her customers!!!!
KIMBERLY HFirst and foremost $136 and some change I feel was way to much to haul a bed and living room set 30 minutes away and bring it straight back! The passenger side vinyl was stripped off laying in the floor and the U-Haul was wet inside and ruined my sofa and mattress on top of it being completely on E and dirty inside!! Just a plan out rip off! If it wasn’t raining I would have use a friend’s truck!! Entirely too much money and won’t ever you them again!!!!!!!
