The drop off was a little bit longer than I wanted it to be, and there was only one person working the gas station, convenience, store, and U-Haul location so I had to wait longer than I wanted to in the return

Although the attendant was very nice, he was the only one working. We weren't able to get help because he wasn't able to leave the cash register; the auto transport trailer was defective. The trailer running lights weren't working due to a faulty wire harness. A service truck showed up to repair the trailer, but this cut into our moving time with our moving company.; all of our moving equipment that we rented was not in the truck. I had to go back and ask for these items.; The truck ride was very uncomfortable. There were heavy vibrations as we were driving from San Diego to Sacramento.
Aaron CCharged me double for 6 hours of rent. Made me go back to the truck to take a picture of milage and fuel so they can put it in their system.
