You got to have the units like the trailer in a working order. The tail lights were out they didn’t work. The flashers were working but not the tail lights. I couldn’t drive the trailer at night because it was with out tail lights.

It was an awful experience. The owner/employee who checked out the truck was horrible. He was worried about his “customers” that were buying items or paying for gas. U-Haul customers were repeatedly told to step to the side. It was absolutely horrible customer service. This owner of the Chevron should not be working with U-Haul if he doesn’t consider those people picking up/dropping off for U-Haul his customers too. I will never, ever, never, ever, pick up a U-Haul from a non U-Haul location. I can’t emphasize enough what a frustrating and absolutely horrendous experience I had at this location.

Howard SOnly 3 of 6 moving blankets were in the truck, and none were available, even though I paid for them. The dolly was not in the truck. I had to ask for it. The app did not work to take pictures of the van before I left. I had to leave because of the timing of the moving help, so I could not upload any pictures at all.
