Hotel staff was rude about servicing the U Haul customers. Had to call U Haul (service was amazing on the phone) to get the keys.

This place was a disaster... The staff had no clue what to do... they had no equipment to help remove the trailer and didn't really care to acknowledge that they were even a U-Haul drop off.
JIM DI was quoted and charged one price and upon drop off I was charged again. Tried to call the location and was hung up on. Called back and a guy answered the phone very rude and said wrong number and hung up. Then called back again and was hung up on again. I had to get my bank involved with FRAUD!

LEROY EThis location great HOWEVER the initial reservation was for iStorage in LaPlata . Who don’t follow through in fact tried to send me to another town! I want my $50 money back for the guarantee of availability
