I was quoted and charged one price and upon drop off I was charged again. Tried to call the location and was hung up on. Called back and a guy answered the phone very rude and said wrong number and hung up. Then called back again and was hung up on again. I had to get my bank involved with FRAUD!

Improve your roadside service
LEROY EThis location great HOWEVER the initial reservation was for iStorage in LaPlata . Who don’t follow through in fact tried to send me to another town! I want my $50 money back for the guarantee of availability
William BThe customer service was fine, and the pickup location was fine. The inside of the truck (storage area) had an awful smell and the floor of the cab had stains. I had to put plastic down on the floor of the cab before loading it, but that didn't help with the smell. It smelled like vomit or a pet died in it. I'm going to reach out to UHaul for a refund or some kind of accommodation.
ANGELA CIt seems that the person behind the counter did not know their job on the U-Haul end. I handed my phone to him several times when I was on the phone with a U-Haul customer. Then finally, he handed me the key to the veichel.
