No one should rent from the Best Western. The employees are not trained, they have limited hours and no extra equipment. My pick up was moved at the last minute. I selected my pick up based on my need and experience. The place in Bryan’s Road has always been helpful. This is what I wanted. Also the best western added charges that wasn’t requested

RICHARD GHotel staff was rude about servicing the U Haul customers. Had to call U Haul (service was amazing on the phone) to get the keys.
Kaitlyn OThis place was a disaster... The staff had no clue what to do... they had no equipment to help remove the trailer and didn't really care to acknowledge that they were even a U-Haul drop off.
JIM DI was quoted and charged one price and upon drop off I was charged again. Tried to call the location and was hung up on. Called back and a guy answered the phone very rude and said wrong number and hung up. Then called back again and was hung up on again. I had to get my bank involved with FRAUD!
