How U-Haul Reviews WorkDid not have the moving dolly type or moving pads I reserved which cost me extra time and money having to obtain those items somewhere else.
Cedric MNo one should rent from the Best Western. The employees are not trained, they have limited hours and no extra equipment. My pick up was moved at the last minute. I selected my pick up based on my need and experience. The place in Bryan’s Road has always been helpful. This is what I wanted. Also the best western added charges that wasn’t requested
Crystal TNo one seems interested in renting or have keys available for trucks
RICHARD GHotel staff was rude about servicing the U Haul customers. Had to call U Haul (service was amazing on the phone) to get the keys.
