The truck smelled like a horse trailer. It took forever to get the truck, there was no furniture dolly available even though we rented one on the app. The passenger side mirror couldn’t be adjusted properly, which made things even more difficult. We have never had a bad experience with Uhaul until now

This location is managed by family who also runs the attached convenience store/gas station. Pick up and drop off was very simple. The equipment was well maintained and clean. The process was painless. I would recommend this location highly.
Preston MVery rude. Not helpful. Overcharged even after U-Haul customer service adjusted the drop off time in the POS. Dirty gas station. Attendant kept pushing me off to help other people. I strongly advise that this location be reviewed. They are not representing U-Haul well at all. I will never use this location again.
