clemencia chriti S.Maybe if the friend didn't have many locations to choose from. This is convenient to people I'm La Vernia. I w dropped here because I couldn't make the 7 pm drop off time I'm San Antonio. Then I was charged for that. Even though I only had the vehicle for 5-6 hours.

Christian R.The U-Haul truck we rented was very sluggish or seemed as though it needed a tuneup. I also didn't like being charged a fee for insurance of like $14 when I was never informed that or offered insurance. Therefore I had to call and dispute it after the fact.
