Location is dirty and rundown. Process was not smooth at all and not sure why everything’s not done online at this location so all you do is pick up. My trailer also had a old gas can in it from the previous renter and it smelled like the gas it spilled out. Trailer was crowned between two buildings and I had to pull it out myself by hand, it would’ve been impossible to back a truck back there and hook up to it.

XAVIER JThis location overcharged me. They checked in the trailer 5 days after I dropped it off.
David SCost of mileage is way too high, you are already paying for the truck and the gas, fees and taxes, you shouldn’t be paying $1.20 a mile as well. They might have more rentals if it was more cost effective.
SCOTT JThe check-in process, is now nearly impossible. You have to have more than three phone numbers on file, to prove that you’re the person that you say you are. So they have to call an additional person other than the three people you’ve already given them to rent you the truck. Then after you have checked in with this information, they have now made it so that the pictures you take have to fit inside a stencil on your photo screen of the truck. So if you’re in a small pick up location, you can’t stand back far enough to take the picture, which delays picking up the truck. Also, the first truck that was reserved was full of dirt and trash, and when I called and tried to change the reservation, a lady stayed on the phone with me for about 20 minutes, while I tried to sort the situation out with the gas station manager. Then she ghosted me and hung up, all in all I wasted two hours of my morning just trying to pick up a U-Haul that was right up the street. I definitely think they need to streamline their pick up process, check the trucks to make sure that they’re clean, and have people who are more willing to help so that you don’t lose so much time while picking up.
