This was a kiosk location. It took about 2 hours for me to get my truck. I will never tent a truck from a kiosk again. I was told I could pick up the truck at 8am but I didn’t get it until 10

Actually check and maintenance trucks before renting them out. Someone's life could be at risk if not.

cynthia gThe drop off zone was a 24/7 hour but not supported by personnel. The problem is the uhaul app did not recognize the location and kept trying to load. Because of this I couldn't complete the drop off and had to return the next day. Fix the app process.
Clinton CThe process was easy and convenient but the App. didn't allow me to show the mileage and gas level was three quarters fuel.
