Kenneth DThe location we picked up from FINALLY was great & effective .. off highway 78. However, we initially booked after hours pick up at a different location. It was later changed to another one off miles jameison… we got there just to be told they dont have after hour pick up. Customer service was great once they got otp & found us a new location. So if you do after hours pick up.. confirm that the location you select does it.
Brooke BThis was a kiosk location. It took about 2 hours for me to get my truck. I will never tent a truck from a kiosk again. I was told I could pick up the truck at 8am but I didn’t get it until 10
MARK SActually check and maintenance trucks before renting them out. Someone's life could be at risk if not.
