The first truck they tried to give me was filthy both inside the cabin and storage area.. i have also gotten a U-Haul truck that had very la quarter tank of gas, so I had to put gas in it twice - at the beginning and ending of the trip. U-Haul care and cleanliness of trucks is not as good as it used to be or should be. Finally, I was overcharged and had to go thru the hassle of contacting U-Haul to get this addressed. However, throughout, the people were kind and helpful.
