It was not the fault of the proprietor, but they changed our pick up spot the night before we were to leave and the new pick up spot caused us an hour delay in leaving on a 1000 mile journey. Again, not the fault of the proprietor, U-Haul's fault.

Water leaked in really bad. I know the disclaimer says “water resistant and not water proof”, however, it was like there was no seal at all.
JAMES DAbsolutely ridiculous!! Charging me for 2 gal of gas. I made very well sure that there was enough gas! I took a picture a pick up to compare to but I didn't take a pic at drop off because I figured it would be an honest transition! For shame!! Fleecing the customer for every dollar!
Jesse BFirst time renting a vehicle from Uahul. Had a reservation but location I was to pick it up didnt have the truck was sent to several different locations before finally finding one that was avaliable. Took me longer to track donw a truck then it took to do the job.
