I reserved a 15' truck for my move on the website. I chose a location that was 2 miles from me. After completing my reservation the pickup was randomly changed to a location over 5 miles away. Upon arrival the app wasnt working so i had no human to find out how to access my rental because the business was closed for the weekend. This cost me an hour of my time because customer support was solely AI operated at 8am. The truck was not 15 feet, it was in the ballpark of 12 feet plus the "attic". This mileage difference and lack of space in the truck took a 0.5 mile move and turned it into a 30 mile move. Im beyond dissatisfied with UHAUL at the moment.

Only thing was the Uhaul wasn’t cleaned properly but customer service 10/10
Nakahri CIn professional attitude when I placed the order. The truck was smelly of cigars. It was dirty. She never told me about my 30 free miles that comes with the truck. I had to call the corporate office to get the policy information corrected. I spoke with Tiffany Gary and she completed it for me.
INGRID WThe calculated fuel estimate was incorrect causing an overcharge on the fuel. I took photos of fuel gauge before and after trip. I was erroneously charged for 2 gallons. Local personnel could not process refund. I was required to call U-Haul to request a refund. After speaking to multiple people I was told my refund would take days to process. Not a fair process.
ALEX MThe location failed to do a complete incoming inspection from the previous renter. I Was in need of two 20 ft. Trucks, but only was able to pick up one from that location. There was a split in the sidewall of the rear tire on the passenger side. The clerk did line me up with a U-Haul location in New Iberia, LA to pick up a second truck.
