Royal H.Horrible check in (waited 45 mins for someone to come, no one was there). The add-ons I purchased (furniture pads and furniture dolly), they did not even have on the site. Frustrating to say the least!
Alexis P.We were held up for 2 HOURS because of employee negligence. UHaul caused us to be those 2 hours late to our destination therefore losing the bid on the equipment we were travelling for and STILL wants to charge us $700. Because they were unable to provide an on time service, we made a 10 hour trip for nothing AND lost the equipment we searched for weeks to find. Not to mention the truck was extremely dirty and the drive was extremely shaky. We were at our pick up location 15 minutes early and on a strict time line. Unfortunately, UHaul treated us as disposable. We want a refund and for UHaul to drop these charges.
