LORETTA PI reserved a 15' truck for my move on the website. I chose a location that was 2 miles from me. After completing my reservation the pickup was randomly changed to a location over 5 miles away. Upon arrival the app wasnt working so i had no human to find out how to access my rental because the business was closed for the weekend. This cost me an hour of my time because customer support was solely AI operated at 8am. The truck was not 15 feet, it was in the ballpark of 12 feet plus the "attic". This mileage difference and lack of space in the truck took a 0.5 mile move and turned it into a 30 mile move. Im beyond dissatisfied with UHAUL at the moment.
