Great service. U-haul app works well. Self-Check in process takes time but overall is easy enough. The truck could be cleaner in the inside. This is my third time using this company and I would definitely recommend it.

I was overcharged and build twice. I called to dispute it and have not heard anything for a week. I was only supposed to be charged for one extra day. It shows that I was charged for two extra days. I was supposed to get 60 miles free.
