First the person who helped me was excellent. all personnel were excellent and very helpful. however, the location was hard to find because it was in a mail center and there wasn’t any signage that I could see. I remember the second thing I would say was the pick up was cumbersome because of the pictures and comments, etc. etc. I had to do when picking up and I had trouble with the program in that I couldn’t take one of the side shots because it was up against a slope with dance growth on it, and because of that it would not let me finish and it kept buffering. I needed to get to an appointment so I just took a note myself of everything and so I would say it would be helpful to be able to pick it up and have the people that work there do that process with you to help. The car overall was was clean the front was very dirty. The windshield was very dirty and it was very park marked and rusty on the engine hood, which makes sense for the distance. It has been driven. Thank you.

Babak Sis better if you put one hand truck or dolly
Ascencion TRental was completely disgusting inside. Dash, console and seats were covered in dust and grime. I had to clean entire interior to make it drivable. Vehicle was filthy on outside as well. Had not been washed in very long time. .
