Rental was completely disgusting inside. Dash, console and seats were covered in dust and grime. I had to clean entire interior to make it drivable. Vehicle was filthy on outside as well. Had not been washed in very long time. .

Suzanne BTruck was poorly parked making the inspection and picture process difficult. Parked within inches of another uhaul with the back tire hitting the curb. Only had 1/4 tank of gas, below uhaul standards Mobile pick up app didn’t work properly causing delays of almost 40 min. with multiple calls to customer service to troubleshoot The reserved equipment was not in the truck. With no courtesy warning so that I could make other arrangements (appliance dolly, moving pads) Service was rude and apathetic upon return of the equipment.

Fran MIt is co-located in an AIM Mail Center and it's not apparent from the outside or inside the store that they rent U-Haul trucks. There's a very small fleet of trucks in the back, however, and they appear to be well maintained. The staff was friendly and professional and there were no hidden fees. My one complaint is that the trucks are parallel parked so tightly (3-4 ft space between vehicles) behind the store that it took some maneuvering to drive it out, especially without rear view cameras and only side mirrors to rely on. I had to get out of the truck and check to be sure I didn't accidentally back into the truck parked directly behind. This could result in an unintentional fender bender in the parking lot and in that case I think the store management should at least share in the blame for creating this unsafe condition. Otherwise, I found it to be a very convenient location serving the south OC (Laguna Niguel, South Laguna, Dana Point) area.
