is better if you put one hand truck or dolly
Ascencion TRental was completely disgusting inside. Dash, console and seats were covered in dust and grime. I had to clean entire interior to make it drivable. Vehicle was filthy on outside as well. Had not been washed in very long time. .

Suzanne BTruck was poorly parked making the inspection and picture process difficult. Parked within inches of another uhaul with the back tire hitting the curb. Only had 1/4 tank of gas, below uhaul standards Mobile pick up app didn’t work properly causing delays of almost 40 min. with multiple calls to customer service to troubleshoot The reserved equipment was not in the truck. With no courtesy warning so that I could make other arrangements (appliance dolly, moving pads) Service was rude and apathetic upon return of the equipment.
