The location was closed when I went to pick up the truck. I specifically indicated I wanted to pick up at 9:00am and chose a location that would be open at that time. The hours on the door stated they opened at 8:30am just like the website however the little clock hanging on the door said they were not available and they would return at 10:00am. Fortunately, my son was able to assist in using the app to access the truck key from the lock box and that worked well but it is not what I had signed up for and was disappointed that no one was around nor would anyone pick up the phone.

Austin OLocation was closed but drop off was easy except there was no obvious place to drop off a t 26ft.
Colin WI would not recommend uhaul to anyone . Service was substandard, equipment was inadequate and at the garland Texas hub the employees were not helpful nor unaware of procedures.
